Bean, Bruton’s Registered Nutritional Therapist, is running a really useful workshop about how to keep your immune strong so you can stay fit and well all winter.

You will learn what foods (and habits) the immune system needs to keep you in robust health and find out how to look after yourself when you are ill, for a speedy recovery. You will leave with Bean’s top tips, a selection of recipes (including a magic hot toddy recipe) so you can get started straight away, and a goodie bag. It will be an interactive session, with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions.
