These dark chocolate florentines received a Great Taste Award which was well deserved! The recipe is a modern classic combining nuts in a florentine caramel, with sour cherries, dipped in dark chocolate. They really are deliciously moreish!
Caramel (Sugar, Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup (Sulphites), Invert Sugar Syrup, Salt, Soya Lecithin), Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) (53%), Flaked Almonds, Almonds, Sour Cherry (Cherries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Flaked Pistachio. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 54.5% minimum.
